4. Assigned purpose of data collection, data processing or data use:
The company is engaged with the production, development and processing as well as with the trading, marketing and sales of glass products and all kinds of refined glass products.
The collection, processing and use of personal data are exclusively for the intended purpose as to the implementation of the business purpose of Flachglas Nord-Ost GmbH.
5. Description of the concerned person group and their respective data or data categories:
Data of customers and employees as well as data of suppliers inasmuch as they are necessary to fulfil the intended purposes stated under point 4, and address data of other persons connected to the company.
6. Recipients or categories of recipients data can be disclosed to:
Public authorities in case there are preferential statutory provisions, external contractors according to §11 BDSG as well as external authorities and internal departments of Flachglas Nord-Ost for the fulfilment of the intended purposes stated under point 4.
7. Prescribed terms for data deleting:
After expiration of the statutory retention period and legal obligation to retain data, the corresponding data are deleted routinely. Unless data are not affected, they are deleted if the intended purposes stated under point 4 cease to apply.
8. Planned data transfer to third countries:
For the handling of business transactions, data are transferred to public authorities, customers and suppliers located in different countries – in accordance with the above stated and international rules.
