Anti-fog glass for a clear view without misting.
Outside fogging on modern insulation glass is possible under certain weather conditions. This physical effect is due to improved thermal insulation of the glass and is more likely to happen the lower the U-value.
The inside surface of these panes warms up to nearly ambient temperature. In turn, the low heat flow through the insulating glass unit means that the exterior pane scarcely feels any room temperature effect cooling down significantly depending on weather interferences.
As a consequence, unpleasant dew coating on the cooled glass surfaces is possible.
Thanks to an additional intelligent coating our anti-fog glass ensures that the glass surface always remains above the ambient temperature impeding the condensation of humidity. The innovative anti-fog glass provides for a clear view – even with curved glass.
